At Jigsaw Services we recognise that the end of the implementation is just the beginning of the support you need.
We believe that a long term relationship or partnership is necessary to
obtain the appropriate return on your investment.
With this in mind we created a number of fixed price support packages that are obtaining heavy acceptance by our customer base.
These services are in two main areas:
- Technical Support (Configurable Network Computing)
- Full outsource - where Jigsaw Services deliver all of your CNC
services and therefore remove your need to continue to employ people
with these specialised skills.
- Risk Management - A defined task service that completes regular
health checks on your system as well as providing holiday and sick
leave support. This service is designed to complement your internal
technical team.
